Fees for Our Full Service Package are as follows:

Monthly Management Fee: 10% of the income collected in the month. We only charge a fee based on the actual income collected, ensuring our interests are aligned with yours.

New Tenant Leasing Commission: 50% of one month’s rental rate. This fee applies when transitioning from one tenant to an entirely new tenant and covers marketing, screening, leasing, unit turnover oversight, and documentation.

Investor Discount! For investors with over 10 units or $10,000 of gross income monthly, we provide a discounted management rate of 8%. This demonstrates our commitment to building long-term relationships and rewarding our valued investors.
